Does anyone know where the Trump comments regarding women was made? I searched and could not find out.
If in California, well, recording those comments was a crime since California is a "two party consent" state for such things.
If in New York, it was not a crime.
Given the "Access Hollyeood" connection, I thought it might have been in California.
And yeah, that should be “were made” (pre-empting the grammar Nazis)...
Doesn’t matter. The Rule of Law no longer applies. anywhere, to any crime, big or small. It’s a free for all!

You wonder if it was “legal”? What difference does it make? Who is going to prosecute? Nobody, that’s who.
We are a nation of laws for enemies of the state and nobody else.
A lot of things are considered crimes... Unless it’s a democrat doing them.
See: James Comey re: Hillary Rodham Clinton
OK, I am getting a LOT of “It doesn’t matter” comments. You’d normally be correct.
However, I happen to know a few prosecutors in California at both the state and federal levels. (I have done more than a little business in California and met a lot of people there, even though I live in Texas.) And they are conservatives. Some even lurk here.
They might take this on if this happened in CA and I can find something to send them..
The building behind them says Tonight Show in giant letters with Jay Leno in smaller letters. Looks like California.
An issue might be that this was presumably recorded as part of a Access Hollywood segment, so Trump may have sign some sort of contract permitting the recording of his voice in this instance. On the other hand, there maybe contractual reasons why outtakes, or for that matter any content, may not be released without Trump’s approval. But that would be more of a civil rather than criminal matter.
Good catch!!! That’s enough for me to ship this off!
PS Any Trump campaign lurkers here (we know you are around), ya might want to pass this to The Donald’s legal team. Sure he is WAY more connected than me!!!
Good point, but I’ll let them worry about that. Do know Trump is VERY careful about off-screen confidentiality.
PS If Trump did not consent to the recording and such occurred in California, I (as a layman) believe it IS a CRIMINAL matter: http://codes.findlaw.com/ca/penal-code/pen-sect-632.html
It was in Calipornia and of La Cienega...Hollywood...
BOOM! Thanks!
Second HE NEEDS TO LIST ALL THE THINGS THE PRESS LET DEMOCRATS GET AWAY WITH from Kennedy killing the intern up to Bill Clinton's rapes and orgy island...
THEN TRUMP NEEDS TO SAY SOME OF THE DEMOCRAT sleaze stayed with him even after he became Republican and SAW THE LIGHT.For that he apologizes.
Then Trump should offer an invitation to Hillary and the elite liberal mods to join the Republican Party and wash away their crooked world view.
You are correct but sadly, I don’t see anything being done about it.
If the Clintons can get away with the things they have done over the decades, then this is not going anywhere.
Their problem is, his comments are not illegal, just in bad taste, so they can’t even prosecute him for anything.
Sadly, I agree. If Hillary can send Top Secret code-word information on her private email server, get caught, and the FBI Director still goes on national television to say that mishandling hundreds of classified files isn't a crime when Hillary does it, the rule of law is completely dead.
From what I heard, California. I don’t know that the recording was surreptitious though.
It's been public knowledge that Hillary is a corrupt sleaze. Although many people aren't acquainted with the particulars of her actions, almost everybody is aware of her lying, pay-to-play schemes, negligence on countless occasions that resulted in American deaths in Benghazi and who knows where else...I could go on. If Trump joked about hitting his political enemies with a drone in the way Hillary did about Julian Assange, he'd be in prison. If Trump's health were as questionable as Hillary's, he'd be 30 points behind. Most people know all of this about her, but they just don't care that much. On the other hand, Trump making vulgar (but true) comments 11 years ago might have done in his chances.
The flagrant stupidity of a large segment of the American population, combined with the flagrant evilness of another large segment, has done us in.
Amen.
We can only continue to pray for the eyes of this nation to be opened and people come to their senses.
Did you see this prayer thread for tonight?
