Rape is hard to prove, especially after the fact if rape exams are not taken. That is probably what he was implying. Remember he is viewing this as a judge. In his heart he may think they are absolutely telling the truth, but proving it is impossible now.

here’s a little secret: NONE of the talking heads with perhaps the Hannity being the exception have any convictions whatsoever. they are ALL simply actors. Each is acting a part that he or she has been told to act: you are the conservative, you are the liberal, etc. As soon as they are told by their bosses who sign their paychecks to change to something else, they do.
There are actually basically NO “conservative” or “liberal” commentators: they are ALL whores simply acting a part. The sooner you understand that, the sooner you won’t be confused any longer.

The point of raising the Shelton episode is to negate the Trump p**** tape.
That is, both candidates did things before they entered political-elite life that we don’t want our elites to do.

He runs between warm and cold for me. He’s probably going by the standards that nothing was legally proved in the courtrooms/system even though there was the huge payout/settlement which allowed him to not be deemed guilty.
