GMX.com is better than mail.com. Uses the same format, but you don’t get the ads like you do at mail.com.

For the ultimate in privacy and security, I would suggest setting up your own private server at home, preferably in your bathroom. If security is ever breached, causing you to get into legal difficulties, just say that you can’t recall anything, and, anyway, there was no “intent” to do any harm. Be sure to use a DOD-level deletion program such as BleachBit if your records are subpoenaed, just to prove that you didn’t mean to obstruct justice. Oh, and don’t forget to change your name to Hillary Clinton so that you can avoid any culpability.
