Yes. There is a class action suit filed in the Northern District Federal Court in Texas. I’ve seen the case summary info. It does name Obama, Soros, and the BLM as defendants.
My hope is that there will be enough class action lawsuits to tie up the Democrat Party for decades.

BTW, my wife and I were there and gave up a considerable amount of time to go only to have it cancelled do to the planned disruptions.
