I am no lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, but certainly yes? In fact, it ought to be a “class action” by the nation, which was harmed.

Of course. Once the conspiracy is established, all are guilty. However, with Comey and Lynch involved, no way.

Does the USA have an un-corrupt judge to hear any such case?

Don’t think so.

The family of slain officers, should also sue them.
O’Muslim, Hitlery and the rest of the haters incited all the attacks against officers.

Yes, they do. And I expect such cases to be brought.

I predict the following response:

“None of these people work for the campaign. Besides, it’s just a bunch of loud mouths making themselves look like big shots in the campaign.”

Without a special prosecutor or congress willing to investigate and subpoena all the financial records, this is a dud.

Yes. There is a class action suit filed in the Northern District Federal Court in Texas. I’ve seen the case summary info. It does name Obama, Soros, and the BLM as defendants.

My hope is that there will be enough class action lawsuits to tie up the Democrat Party for decades.

What about all of those who attended the rally in which their free speech rights were violated.

BTW, my wife and I were there and gave up a considerable amount of time to go only to have it cancelled do to the planned disruptions.

I believe we should be compensated for that.
