Just putting this out there to show that many immigrants get it, and we are for Trump.
I shared the Project Veritas video on my Facebook page and wrote the following:
"Isn't this a big part why we immigrants to the U.S. left our home countries? Corruption? Yet so many vote for this over and over again. Didn't we leave our beloved countries because we wanted to have freedom of opportunity and freedom from corruption? If the politicians in this country are allowed to get away with this kind of thing because the media refuses to cover it, and half of the citizenry refuses to accept or believe it's happening, then what is the difference between the U.S. now and our corrupt home countries that we left? And for what? Hyped up charges of racism and sexism? Gay "marriage"? The right to kill you own baby in the womb? My God, if half of the country was really as racist as they say, why even immigrate to America? Why would you put yourself and your family through that?
I own a business here in Arizona and NOT ONCE have I ever felt racism. Not ONCE have I ever felt the color of my skin mattered at all to my customers (80% white). I'm finally living my dream of owning a business here in this mostly Republican state.
I'm SOOOO sick of the demonizing of good people. I WILL NOT STAND BY IT!!"
By the way, my family and I are not white, to give some perspective.
Quite confident this story could be told in many other similar cases, of honest people trying to follow the rules and regulations. IF this person that posts admits, they would also acknowledge the difficult process of trying to get through the bureaucratic red tape to do anything legal. We all have been offered to cut the chase, get false ID and game the system. But the point is well taken.

The folks at DU were bitching about the “rampant” racism in this country and how dreadful we are so I posted that I guess they would vote for Trump because he wanted to keep refugees and illegals from coming to this dreadful country-—in other words,he was doing them a favor.

Thanks for standing up. In conversations with many real, honest, Americans who immigrated from places like Russia, China, Vietnam, and Cuba, they all said two things about liberal BS and shenanigans that stuck out:
“This is what it was like in my other country! I have seen all this before and I hate it! People should be very afraid of this.”
“Why would I leave there to come here to the same thing?” (what you said)
I gave up on Facebook because so many leftists are there. I kept getting friend requests from people whose profiles showed them to be commies. Nice post, BTW. You’ll either be ignored or unfriended or barraged with DU-type responses.

A fundamental question that should attend to any immigration policy is whether the individual truly wants freedom or prefers slavery. Conservatives champion what they believe to be man’s “innate desire” to be free, independent, and self-reliant. Reality says otherwise, namely, that there are those who prefer not only to enslave, but also be enslaved and to be lazy recipients of every favor.
Employers have their work cut out for them in determining whether new applicants are just mouthing words when they say they want the job, or whether they truly possess the drive and skills to contribute positively. How much more difficult it is to determine this of immigrants!
A key would be to examine all citizens regularly in terms of their ideals, but you won’t find many takers even among those who were born here of generations of Americans.
We have many immigrants in our small community and they assimilate. I have told my husband many time when I see the little children, I wonder whether their parents know that, soon, if the progressives have their way, America will be worse than the country they left. Thank you for taking a stand and thank you for posting.
