Yep reading, taking notes etc. Is there anything in the debate rules against that?
True Trump didn’t do it but both had paper on their podiums if needed.

You miss the point. Yes she’s reading, I think that is obvious. The issue is how often and for how long, because she’d have had to have written an entire speech to spend that much time looking down and reading. It is disproportionate to the amount of time she “writes a few notes”. The notepad is supposed to be blank at the start of the debate.

I’m wondering if somebody is switching the notepad (before and after the debate) or if the light in the tectern is some sort of display.

Watch again - it isn’t a normal amount of time looking down and she’s doing it the entire time while talking, as though ‘new info’ is coming in as she speaks. Once you notice it, you can know something is up.

In fact, I think the proof is - she never “turned the page”. Either she managed to write a whole speech on a single piece of paper or something is up, she never turned a page.
