Seconded!
I would love a Hard Lined Constitutional originalist Libertarian leaning Supreme court judge.
We may not agree with him 100% but he is far better in terms of Limiting “government interference” than anyone else I can currently think of.

Ted Cruz: He is a strict Conservative Constitutionalist, that is Religious, his fellow Senators HATE working with him because he is inflexible (we need that on the court) and would prolly vote him in just so they don’t have to work with him. And being from Texas, an easy Senator to replace with another Pub.

I’d throw out Tim Tymkovitch of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver. He’s a stalwart conservative and wicked smart.

If it is anyone that more than 20% of Freepers have even heard of, it would have likely been Cruz.
Unfortunately, Cruz pulled a Kasich, so I doubt he’ll get the nod.

I could support Cruz for the Supreme Court. He has a fine legal mind, has appeared before the court and is generally conservative.
