They may stop counting in order to call the contests, but the ballots will be counted before they certify the results for each state.

CA allows ballots to be received up to three days after Election Day, as long as the ballots have been postmarked by Election Day. That pretty much covered the remainder of this past week. I expect them to start counting this Monday, so the counts for CA should increase a great deal in the next couple of weeks.
Since Friday was Veteran’s Day, CA is allowing ballots received through Monday (11/14) before they start counting them.
What’s not shown is that Podesta took the picture while preparing the fire pit.
She really did a horrible faux pas to her supporters, being too drunk or distraught to even appear graciously and thank them and give them an encouraging speech full of graciousness in defeat.
When she did appear she was puffy as hell and clearly had been sobbing for hours.
Poor sportsmanship, very poor character and temperament.
This fake photo was probably to show that she was upright and doing a positive healthy thing after her loss. When instead she was lying prone in her depends on the floor, screaming and blaming others.

I pointed out a few other anomalies in another post. In looking at it to see if it was photo-shopped I noticed a couple of other things.
One, the lighting is all wrong - well, not natural. They put up a shade to soften the baby - no direct light, no hard shadow lines. They put an artificial "sun" light on the women to highlight their faces. Just look at the angle of the shadows on their faces, and more telling, the shadow cast by the dog and Clinton's leg. Now look at the shadow lines of the trees past Clinton's left shoulder - looks to be a different angle. They should have moved their artificial light source more clockwise...

Faithless electors are rare because the slate is made up of those dedicated to their party. Hillary cannot pull one of those, let alone over 30.
