As an individual who was quite a bit more distant in this election, one of the messages that seemed to repeat itself was that individuals knew someone who was a victim of Trump-supporter hate.
One of the individuals who was trumpeting about a crime committed by Trump supporters was someone I know very well, but certain details of the story she was spreading revealed that it was impossible.
I discovered that things werent as they seemed. An article from Reason.com - 'The first one [high-profile case of Trump-supporter hate] to really go viral involved a Muslim female student at the University of Louisiana who claimed to have had her hijab ripped off and her wallet stolen the day after Trumps election by two white men wearing Trump hats. But on Thursday, local police announced that the young woman had admitted she fabricated the story. This incident is no longer under investigation,
In another incident, this one in San Diego, a young Muslim womans purse and car were stolen by one white male and one Hispanic male. While the men allegedly made negative comments about Muslims, it seems car stealing was more their motivation than harassment or intimidationwhich is obviously shitty, but not necessarily a Trump-inspired act of bigotry.
And an alleged incident of a gay man named Chris Ball getting beaten up by Trump supporters in Santa Monica on election night seems to have not happened the way it was initially recounted, if the incident even happened at all. The Santa Monica Police Department posted a message to Facebook Thursday saying that neither the department nor city officials had received any information indicating this crime occurred in the City of Santa Monica and a check of local hospitals revealed there was no victim of any such incident admitted or treated.

Flick Lives :" .. The media didnt do a very good job controlling the people this election, thank goodness."
There was a preponderance of evidence, of corruption, bribery, "pay for play", cheating, rigged primary and rigged election, abuse of office, ignoring security protocols, etc,
that even the blind could see, and the deaf could hear.
And despite all this evidence, she still got the popular vote.
Without Wikileaks and the Comey legal pronouncements, I believe she would have won the election, thus proving how ill-informed many Americans are,
since they are depending on information that is contained in 30 second sound bites by the media, or totally ignored by the press.

he Barack Obama Foundation was established in January 2014 to carry on the great, unfinished project of renewal and global progress. Officially established as an operating, 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, the Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors chaired by civic leader Martin Nesbitt.
In the near future, the Foundation will oversee the design and construction of the Obama Presidential Center, to be designed by Tod Williams and Billie Tsien Architects | Partners and Interactive Design Architects in Jackson Park on the South Side of Chicago.
When it's complete, the Center will include a library holding the Presidential archives, a museum focusing on the Obama Presidency and issues of our time, and space for ongoing programs and initiatives that advance our mission.
Our Mission
As President Obama has said, the change we seek will take longer than one term or one presidency. Real change—big change—takes many years and requires each generation to embrace the obligations and opportunities that come with the title of Citizen.
The Obama Foundation will inspire the next generation of young leaders all over the world. It will convene the brightest minds with the newest ideas from across the political spectrum and draw strength from the rich diversity and vitality of Chicago, the city where the President and First Lady started a family and raised their daughters.
But most of all, the Foundation will ask all of us to take on big challenges and to believe that we can meet them together. Our history and President Obama's legacy give us hope that even the most difficult change is possible, and the Foundation exists to carry on that great, unfinished project of renewal and global progress.
Here's where you come in.

RoseofTexas ".. Thats why the mediawhores need to be eliminated!"
You eliminate them by attacking at their financial base.
That includes subscribers and advertisers by telephoning, emailing, and notifying them and complaining.
If you do nothing , they just merrily roll along doing their thing , whatever that is ...
