Anyone know: Is it Peterson or Petersen? I’m seeing it spelled both ways at Reddit and on Twitter.

My personal understanding is that if the person is of Scandinavian heritage it likely has an E in the last syllable. If other extraction, it has an O. Most people misspell the name of the big window company. It’s AndersEn; not AndersOn.
