Guess I’ll make dressing. Somehow I don’t think stuffing will work well in the fryer. I might be a Yankee, but I spent a long time in Louisiana.
I could envision a cornmeal based stuffing that might turn out OK, so long as it didn’t get too thoroughly soaked in peanut oil.
