Well since they make up 13% of the population I guess you could have expected ...... well ... maybe not.
Statistically, it is amazing how much crime blacks commit. Sadly, the behavior of 13% cost society so much — police investigations, arrests, revolving courts (w/ appointed attorneys), jails, increased insurance costs (theft), security systems, armed protection, etc.

This does negate the whole ‘if women ran the world’ garbage....
