Well, that ship has sailed. What about the thousands of weapons and bullets the various government agencies have been stockpiling? All the government agencies are well armed, and for what? Maybe we will be finding out.
No, it hasn’t; they would literally intercept the police/soldiers before they could even reach their staging points. Who doesn’t know where these people live in their neighborhood?
