Yup,saw that in the British press.I think it was either Ireland or Britain.
That was part of it for sure.But Wisconsin,Michigan and Pennsylvania are the last three states that *anyone* would have seen going Republican.In fact,I'll go a bit further and say that ten bucks says that even at 6PM Eastern on Election Night,Trump had no expectation of winning.

Why things went the way they did on election day.
It was pointed out to me that on election day the Democratic vote started out with a pretty healthy lead – and then the Republicans got home from work.
its true though. we got home and went to vote. the older folks vote early and throughout the afternoon.
That “Hillary” comment/question was just about screamed &
hollered in the tone that Hillary used to call us
“DEPLORABLES”. A most unpleasant woman. TRUMP won in part
because he had some sense and didn’t collapse into bed for
a nappie every little bit. He also had enough JUDGMENT to
act fairly decent; she on the other hand reminded us all of
either our mean stepmothers or our meddling MIL’s.
By the way, the 14 or 15 accusers who came out of the
woodwork to supposedly “sue” TRUMP for dissing them YEARS
ago - WHERE DID THEY SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR TO ON Nov. 9th?
Crickets.
BILLY CLINTON, OTOH, did so much dirt that he still hasn’t
managed to clean the dirt from under his fingernails. He
would never have been able to act as Hillary’s little
First Laddie hostess at those State Dinners.
