The big thing here is to establish that there was interference. This is the main objective. Proving there is no direct tie to the Russian government does not diffuse this. Stories written by suspect “fake story” newspapers such as the NYtimes and the Washington Post, which claim that such and such happened without naming their sources and without explaining their proof, will not be believed, I don’t care how many times they cite the current DNC CIA. No one believes them anymore. They reek of unfairness, especially now that their candidate lost. They put out a different reason everyday as to why that happened and none of them are the cause.
