Ron Ozer and Elmira Naymark first met in 2013, according to court documents, and as reported by the New York Post. In what amounted to a whirlwind romance, the couple traveled together, wined, and dined, met each other’s families, and spent two and a half years growing closer. All that apparently ended when Naymark discovered she was pregnant in January of this year.
That was when Ozer reportedly offered her tens of thousands of dollars to terminate her pregnancy, amid other messages, calling her “white trash” and telling her “I f***ing hate you.”
He reportedly made the cash payment offer through a colleague. The Post reports that the colleague told Naymark, “He’d be willing to offer a lump sum of money to you . . . I’m sure he would have no problem with 50k-75,000+.”
Naymark has filed court papers and is suing Ozer for child support, a paternity test, and full legal custody of the baby girl she gave birth to in September, among other claims. Court documents also state that Naymark has had to resort to Medicaid and food stamps to help her get by while she waits for Ozer to accept his responsibility.

Well, it seems obvious that this douchebag sperm donor didn’t hate ****ing her or they wouldn’t be having this conversation.

And btw, this gal has charachter. Her soul in in tact. Very rare and you’d be a fool to alienate her.
Marry her and grow up.
Ozer might require food stamps and Medicaid by the time she’s through with him.
This little girl should have every financial advantage in life, but she’d still be a lot better off with a decent man for a father.

He should have just moved with her to a state with a child support cap and filed a support action. Some of these states have like 2000 a month maximum.
Texas would probably be best. She wouldn’t even see it coming/
I hope she had the foresight to tape his ass saying sh!t about her, too. Goad the crap out him at the deposition. Don’t bother to take it to trial. PUBLISH IT ALL!
He won’t feel any sense of shame among his peers, who are all just as trashy as he is. And no doubt his mother is no longer living. Otherwise, he wouldn’t risk HER wrath.
But maybe there’s a rabbi with a soul out there who is willing to tell the world this guy is an untermensch and is going to hell.

I’d be shocked if the child means to her anything more than the economic leverage it represents.
I have to agree with you there. If she were not, she would have used birth control that was not the pill and insisted that he wear a condom. She should have done that and she would have likely been able to move on. This kid means eighteen years child support.
