Why do universities put out papers that are so biased toward liberalism that the bias is obvious to everyone but the universities? Why are colleges so biased toward the political left? It turns out, colleges are not only heavily biased politically to the left but their percentages are so far left that they select against conservatives in almost every area.

Liberals are mental. They don;t care if you can feed your family - they will ruin your career if you disagree with liberalism.

I would be amazed, nay gobsmacked, if this wasn’t the result of intentional efforts in decades past as so-called radicals (Marxists) were sowed as tares with a view that they replicate themselves.

This is known to have happened in seminaries and only the self-deluded would imagine that Bill Ayers would become a teacher of teachers and not intend great harm as a cultural Marxist ... being two examples.

It’s why liberals are loony - all the social scientists are lefty and they run the lefty psyops.

I taught sociology in high school. The guy before me was a typical lefty socialist (the only one in the building) who got himself fired. After researching the textbook author, a communist professor from UT Austin, I spent the 1st day describing how extreme she was using some of her other, less guarded writings. We didn't use the book much and when we did I'd point out the nonsense and give another view.

When I retired I recruited another teacher in the department to take over that I knew would do the same.

I've been to the National Council of the Social Studies conference. What a bunch of communist. I'm glad I taught, and my kids went to school, in a conservative area. I've never blamed people in those situations for homeschooling or sending their kids to private schools.

I’ve heard the term “weaponization of poverty” for the liberal practice of deliberately trying to get people fired as punishment for daring to air conservative opinions - or simply utter facts contrary to liberal narratives, even by other liberals.

Dr. Jordan Peterson did a study in 2016 on the personality traits of social justice warriors (liberal authoritarians) vs classic liberals. The SJWs were high on agreeableness like classic liberals, but they had high levels of disgust and black/white worldviews more often associated with conservatives.
So while they officially wanted fairness, they also wanted strict rules for everyone, had no room for nuance and attacked everyone who didn’t comply. And in his study, there WAS a high correlation with mental illness (as that person or a first degree relative medically diagnosed) and lower average intelligence than the classic liberals.
Classic liberals couldn’t denounce the authoritarians because they were ostensibly on the same side, fairness, so classic liberals tended to use ex post facto reasoning to justify what the authoritarians did. In other cases, they both agree with the liberal branding as smart, rational, good, educated, tolerant and tolerate the SJWs going after those they both have labeled as evil.

You need to start a journal , collect evidence and find a way to get blatantly fired for your views... you can’t be happy there and you can always find another job... but suing these bastards out of existence will make you wealthy and help the rest of us. Join some conservative organizations and hunt around for a lawyer willing to take on the project. I wish I had done so before I was fired for being white in 1992, it’s haunted me in finding subsequent positions since then.

Right now, they push demographic diversity and actively demand ideological conformity. That’s where the “culture fit” gets used as an ideological purity test.
