More of those children in the photo, so peaceful and attentive at the moment the shutter tripped, need correct loving discipline applied. But only at the right time, the right way, with self-discipline to the “adult” too. Sadly, too few adults nowadays get their proper tannenbottoms either!

My artificial tannenbaum has not left the basement in 3 years. Originally, my knee was too bad for me to decorate it, but now my husband says it is too heavy for him to bring up the stairs. Another Christmas with no tree. :( It really doesn’t matter, I enjoy everybody else’s. The farm store down at my corner is offering “self serve” Christmas trees. I don’t know what that means. Do you stick a check under the door? Just load one up and take it away? I have half a notion to ask my husband to pick one up down there and just bring it straight in to the living room. But, then I still have to drag boxes and boxes of decorations up from the basement for 2 more days. Hardly seems worth it. O Tannenbaum for other people.

It is a balmy 65-but overcast-there was still thick fog over the river and bank at 10am so I sat down in the woods to read the morning’s Nemesis texts. There were lots of birds, deer, etc out to enjoy-and fresh mountain lion tracks near the river bank-put me instantly on alert, skin on the back of my neck crawling...

If Hillary has a tannenbaum
The decorations wouldn’t be

You need a manageable artificial tabletop tree. My neighbors finally went to that. It's on a table in the front window......still looks like a full tree from outside. Very nice inside, too. We went to a smaller tree, too, but we went from 9ft to 7ft, and one of those skinny trees. We are managing the tree much better, too. A++++....

I think this was today....she was spotted at her officen in NYC with Huma. If not today, then yesterday. Very recent.
