Growing up (and occasionally still today), I enjoyed cheese and jelly. People thought I was making it up or trying to be gross...but that was my go to sandwich.

My mother made cream cheese & jelly sandwiches. Also cream cheese and sliced radishes.

A childhood favorite was PB and dill pickles.

I have those every now and then although I use apple butter when I have it.

Have you tried cheese and pickle?

Rye bread (or pumpernickel) cheese, lettuce and Branston Pickle.

So good!
