Some people hit the genetic lottery, if you consider living over 100 hears a good thing. I suppose it depends on if you’re aware and mostly mobile.
Anyway, diet soda is garbage. One every once in awhile can’t hurt, but three a day is crazy. THere are too many natural things to drink to shove chemical carbinated drink into your body everyday. Water is great. Also, iced teal made with real sugar and lemonade. Just make sure you put very little sugar and mostly lemon. Red wine a few times a week is good with dinner and healthy. Milk is good and if you can’t take dairy, there is almond milk. But water is the best.
I traded diet soda for Perrier with Lemon.

I drink wine with meals because I grew up with that in an Italian household.
It’s my addiction, psychological maybe, but STILL an addiction.
