LOL!
Excellent observation, SoFlo!
I have mentioned this before, but what other organization besides Islam:
1. Demands death for anyone who leaves the organization.
2. Demands death for anyone who draws pictures of the organization’s founder.
3. Demands death for anyone who “defiles” the organization’s literature.
We need to get a list of movies together that pushes the conservative narrative
I think national review put out one a few years ago. Of course that was before they were never trump uniparty
Reminds me of that scene in Independence Day when the hippies/greenies get to the roof of one building and hold up their we-are-here-to-greet-you signs.
A few moments later, when the aliens engage, that is one of the first areas to get obliterated.
“They came in peace!” hippy-dude in the crowd as he releases a white dove toward the invader spaceship who came to conquer earth with deceptions of peace
Ah Red Dawn, kinda corny but a guilty pleasure. Still enjoy watching it. I’ll add a few. Don’t know if they’re conservative but certainly anti-liberal. The original “The Thing”, the original “Invasion of the Body Snatchers”. There’s a lot of historical debate about weather the film is anti- McCarthyite or anti-communist. I lean toward the latter. And “The Dark Knight”
“Come on down, Mr. Ambassador!” Love that movie.
“Scientology” comes close.
When it was in the movie theaters I was dating a girl. We had a movie date planned. I wanted to see Mars Attacks. She wanted to see Evita. We saw Evita. Even my date regretted the decision afterwards. Raaaa. Raaangh raaaak!
“Mars Attacks!” is a great movie.
Ack-ack-ack-ack-ack
After watching the whole thing, I appreciate it more the second time than the first.
The first time I saw it in the movie theatre, I thought it was dumb. Not so much now.
