Impressive! Hopefully they maintain their success and get good use out of it for a long time. Otherwise, it'll make a hell of a condo complex/shopping center in a decade or so.

It looks like it should rotate like one of those restaurants that were built on the top of buildings in the past. At 1615 feet in diameter if you could spin it at just 1 RPM the outer edge would be moving at about 58 MPH!
