The main duty and obligation of government is to protect the citizens of that government.
There needs to be coordinated investigation, prosecution, and harsh sentences to not only the participants in the riots but more importantly to the planners and instigators of the riot.
It is a sad state of affairs when the average citizen has to arm him/herself in our Country.
Seal those borders, profile the criminals, and take them off the street before they do any further harm.
