Communism is a failed plan and always will be.
Somewhere on this site I saw a quote “Inside every anarchist is a central planner dying to get out.” It may have been attributed to Walter Williams. It does sound like something he would say.
Central planning = control. It is the entire basis of the “global warming” scare, which is a thinly veiled attempt to implement central planning and rationing through he back door of environmental regulation.
People who are subject to rationing are not free.
