Painful to think of women and children buried alive in garbage. Even sadder to read that it’s more affordable to RENT houses in the dump. Someone collects rent on them?!!!
It isnt a 'landfill' as we would think of one. Its the huge pile of trash outside the city that everyone 'dumps' their trash on. They couldnt have possibly been managing a 50 year old hole in the ground that millions of people have been using constantly with out it having started out as a very deep hole. Just as deep as the pile was high that collapsed on these people.

That’s what I thought too. I’m guessing that the “landlord” has gangs that will go and tear down people’s “homes” that they try to build themselves.
