Jail the parole board/judge/court or anyone involved in the release, if it is a premature release based on “good behavior”.

Article says she was arrested a week prior for burglarizing the same house. Seems likely that she was released on a very low bond pending trial. The judge that set the bail should be scrutinized, and whoever was supposed to present the background. Arrest might have been for burglary, but that was not why she was there.
