Stunningly stupid.
If only the 1930s Justice Roberts have valued the Law over the demands of a rogue POTUS....

She’s a lawyer...a *California* lawyer.Of course she’d have a problem with “legalism”.
Law? We don’t need no stinkin’ law!
Harris is a shoe in for the Democrat nomination in 2020.
Freshman Senator.
Ineligible.
Not a natural born citizen.
Her parents were not citizens when she was born.
Judge Roberts did not want to hurt Obama’s feelings so he called a fine a tax.
And this chick is a lawyer? she should be disbarred for saying something so stupid. She is clearly unfit to practice law.
A fitting replacement for dumber than a brick Boxer. California must have a breeding ground for stupid people.
Watch out for this one. She’s young with good looks and a certain “presence”. Her political star is rising. Heaven help us.
He had two strikes against him in life when his folks (folk?) had the bad judgement to name him "Kamala." I'm pretty sure a computer search for great people in history named "Kamala" will produce zilch... just like his folks (folk?) did.
LMAO
At what point are those who vote this idiot filth into office get held accountable for their perfidy and malicious stupidity?
Different Justice Roberts.
The one who gave FDR what he wanted.
BTW, it took an amendment to permit the federal to tax income ... why was none needed to tax not obeying a Rule or Regulation instead of imposing a fine (for which there must be due process)?
I wonder what OUR Justice Roberts thinks of that?
For an attorney Kamala Harr-ass is pretty freaking stupid.
For an attorney Kamala Harr-ass is pretty freaking stupid.
Another #FakeAmerican in Congress pipes up and reveals her true nature.
Every single demoncrat and half the GOP will vote against him just to spite Trump.
That's why she's in the Congress!
