It’s a good way to get yourself killed IMHO.
Someone somewhere is going to get really pissed off, and make the effort to find this person and exact their pound of flesh for their $5.
It’s not foolproof...only a fool would do such a thing.
People would rush send in their dollar and never got so much as a thank you.
