You can let you hair grow long and have it styled like a woman.
You can spend a fortune for women’s clothing, accessories and makeup.
You can have surgery to slice and dice your private parts.
You can hire stylists who will do their very best to make you look like an attractive woman.
None of these things, or anything else, can change the fact you have XY chromosomes coursing through your body. You were born, and forever will be, a male.

Every once in a while, I’m reminded that it was the National Inquirer that broke this story. Years ago, when Bruce first started growing his hair, they ran the story that he was “transitioning” to female, and people just dismissed it as tabloid nonsense, on par with Batboy.
