He had an interpreter and speaks little English.

The DA doesn’t know if he’s a US citizen or not.

Shall we start placing bets of his citizenship?

I have close connections to law enforcement in Worcester and the school she attended there.

I’ll post what I know (and can) as I hear about it.

That answers your questions right there. English is still a requirement for citizenship.
