Same here; I had to look up when it actually was. Well, turns out its on a Saturday this year. The weather is supposed to be cold and rainy, so no working in the yard. After I do some shopping for Mrs. henkster, I’ll probably spend a good part of the day playing “World of Warships” while hockey games are on TV.
And it’s what I would do under the circumstances, earth day or no earth day.
It’s so silly. Adults getting all worked up over the planet as if it were a god or something.
Who doesn’t grasp our home planet is important, and we need to do right by it? Acting like this makes it seem that there are some folks out there that don’t grasp this.
Where? It’s just so silly.
