True but that’s like saying a 15 year-old can buy a house so long as they are willing to do it.

Uhhh.no. She’s not old enough to give consent so there can’t be “willingly”. .

Willingly or not she's under the age of consent, so that doesn't let him off the hook - might mitigate the sentence (maybe from 120 years to 60 years?).

Useless argument; she may have but it matters not at all. She is underage. And the teacher will never see daylight again.
