Tua looked sharp and Jalen looked much improved also as passers.
Tua does everything right-handed but play football...he plays football left-handed because his dad made him play as a lefty from his early childhood.
The A-Day game was a passing explosion with each QB passing for over 300 yards.
- Roll Tide -
Roll Tua Roll!
Good situation for Alabama to be in. We went into last season not knowing who our QB would be.
Jalen Hurts looked much improved and Tua looked very good as well.
I am also glad that I can finally pronounce his last name - Tonga-vi-ola. :)
Jalen was awful the second half of the year. By the championship game, the offense was one dimensional. But people kept saying “He’s just a freshman.” So if he continues the downward spiral, will the remark be “He’s just a sophomore?”
That was the best A-Day game I’ve seen in years.
It wasn’t just Jalen’s improvement or Tua’s impressive performance.
Jerry Jeudy looked like a potential superstar & Najee Harris lived up to his reputation.
I know it was only a spring game but our offense has the potential to be downright “sick”. Incredible amount of weapons.
It also helps that the Lane Kiffin drama is gone which, in my opinion, hurt us greatly in the playoffs.
Looks like some sort of critter is trying to burro into Tua’s head.
