The victims families should file civil suits against all the judges, prosecutors and defense lawyers involved in these cases for denial of 6th amendment rights.
Unfortunately unless you are as rich as Bill Gates that is not possible. Or victims would be doing so. Same goes for bad Plea bargains where victims are shut out.
