NOAA declares deaths of humpback whales along East Coast an 'unusual mortality event'
NOAA ^ | April 27, 2017 | Bob Lee

Maybe if these idiot scientists weren't so incompetent, or maybe if they were honest, they would admit this is not unusual, but the result of the Fukushima nuclear catastrophe that occurred in 2011.

"I decided to share the photographs I took last year in Japan… these photos cannot adequately convey the scientific and human impact of the worst industrial cataclysm in the history of the world… [R]adioactive isotopes will be extreme hazards for 250,000 years, of course no one knows when it will end." - Arnie Gundersen. http://www.globalresearch.ca/fukushima-worst-industrial-cataclysm-in-history-of-world-nuclear-engineer-arnie-gundersen/5580249

According to the study in the link below, and given the increasing population of humbacks, the number of deaths does not seem out of the ordinary.

[[Death of humpbacks not unusual, contrary to NOAA]]

INCONCEIVABLE! They must be dying of climate change- Nothing else could explain why whales die

Nothing else could explain why whales die

I was hijacked to go whale watching near Monterey, Calif last weekend (liberals LOVE this sort of thing). It seems one of the younger whales was killed by killer whales.

Drone captures killer whales feasting in Monterey Bay

The whine of the drone used by the biologists was very irritating. I know how a Muslim terrorist feels as he awaits the weapon impact as a drone flies overhead. I saw nine different killer whales and two humpbacks on the trip. The memorable part was that the liberals go CRAZY seeing killer whales. The OH's and AWES were continuous all morning.

The nut cases out here in Calif (I am temporarily passing through LA-LA land), would like to believe that the killer radiation from Chernobyl and now Fukushima is a serious threat to life everywhere. So a dead whale ANYWHERE is a result of Chernobyl's and Fukushima's killer radiation leaks.

I was asked the other day by a concerned citizen to look at this information to see if I thought it was a problem. I used to be the MPA on a Nuc Submarine and the ELT's (radcon techs who sample the RCS and do other radiations surveys on the ship) reported to me which means I probably have a much higher knowledge of problems than the average American. I also had a Senior Reactor Operator license on a civilian Westinghouse PWR for several decades which also requires a working knowledge of rad problems.

Oh my gosh, 10,000 counts per minute, we are all going to die. But the highest measured Rad Level I see is 202 nsv/hr. Converting nsv to mrem (units I am used to using), less than I would expect to see knowing that the average dose for the civilian population per year is somewhere around 300-400 mrem. WTF?

Welcome to FR, General Lee.

Your claim that these deaths are attributable to Fukushima is risible nonsense, and is nothing more than your opinion, unsubstantiated by any physical measurement or serious epidemiology.

As such, it belongs in General/Chat, Bloggers and Personal, or the Smokey Back Room. It most assuredly does not belong in Breaking News.

Your silly, unsupported opinions are not facts.

Arnie Gundersen, fake nuclear “expert” (zero operating experience in the nuclear field), true fearmonger and scam artist.
