Had a good session today. Pedaled round on the bike, then he lowered the seat and I did it again. Had some other firsts,, too. As long as I am progressing, they let me take the lead on the stretching. Let’s me feel like I have control. It’s an illusion.

I have a video of a mama bear and her four cubs coming down out of a tree on a Sunday afternoon just two doors down from me. It was so cool.
A couple of weeks ago a bear broke into my friend’s house and ate the last of their winter supply of bird seed. DEC wouldn’t do anything. Just half a mile from me. Keeps coming back looking for more. Tonight is smorgasbord night, i.e. garbage night. They will be back.
Nasty. It will be a habit now. Doesn’t take long for “training” animals with free give-a-ways to become “taking” and “demanding” ... Witness welfare.
The next window over in their house leads directly into their house. They entered a storage area attached to the house. They could walk right into their bedroom one night. Scary. Yet DEC will do nothing. I hope they are armed.
Whether the Lib-4 on the USSC suffer from legal scoliosis (towards the Left) or simply permanent Progressive sclerosis, their rubberstamp rulings smack of Constitutional sciolism.
Let’s hope that new justice Gorsuch exhibits “Scaliaism” on the high court……
