They’re very striking vehicles, I’d love to have one. A little steep for what would amount to a beach toy though. I guess it could be driven for more routine types of travel. They are very fast, when set up for predominately street use as that one is. Love the retro Torq Thrust wheels with the low profile tires. Make mine that old metal flake orange like the Cox motorized scale dune buggy, I had one of those, looked just like the full size one the family had for use down at Long Beach, NC.

I’d drive that to the party store, to the watering hole on summer nights, around the high school at cheerleader practice (kidding).

It’s fantastic because it’s unpretentious. It’s got that classic buggy look and can school all those fast and furious nippon denso pinheads.

My dad had one of the old school blue glitter fiberglass tubs dropped on a beetle. I took my drivers test in that car. No seat belts!
