A Mini-Puff could put a couple of rounds into the perps indicated location.
It would have a smaller collateral damage impact than taking out the whole plane.
A few bullet sized holes in the aircraft will NOT make it explode from air pressure!
LOL, if you could massage the trigger for a less than 1 second burst you would still be looking at 50-70 rounds. While that would kill the perp if they hit him the round would certainly destroy the connections that exist in the walls of the aircraft that control flight systems. Most of these shots would be through and through so you would be likely to hit all kinds of other things like structural members etc. The aircraft that intercept in these situations have a 20mm Vulcan cannon (6000 rpm). Even if you could keep the number of rounds under control there would be multiple holes of .75 inches (if the loadout wasn't HE) that would instantly change the aerodynamic balance and likely shred the plane due to those stresses.
