Washington, D.C. lobbyist and attorney Jack Burkman is filing a lawsuit Wednesday to force the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) to release information regarding the murder of Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich.
“The release of this crucial material will help bring peace to the victim’s family, and it will help to either confirm or refute the various theories that swirl about this important murder case,” the lawsuit says.
Rich, 27, was the voter expansion data director at the DNC, according to Roll Call, and had been employed for two years. Rich also worked on a computer application to help voters locate polling stations, and had just accepted a job with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
According to MPD reports, officers patrolling the Bloomingdale neighborhood heard gunshots around 4:20 a.m. on the morning of July 10, 2016. Officers discovered a “conscious and breathing” Rich at 2100 Flagler Place in northwest Washington, D.C.
Police have not yet solved the case, and have closely guarded information regarding his murder from the press. “We don’t want this investigation playing out in the press,” an MPD spokeswoman told The Daily Caller News Foundation May 23.
Police said that they found his wallet, credit cards and cellphone on his body. The band of his wristwatch was torn but not broken. The current theory maintains that the shooters panicked after shooting Rich and immediately fled the scene.
While police have refused to divulge information on the case, TheDCNF obtained the public incident report, which revealed that at least three responding officers were wearing body cameras. When TheDCNF reached out to the police for information regarding the presence of body cams or surveillance footage near the scene of the crime, the department refused to confirm or deny the existence of surveillance footage.

Kim Dotcom can be brought up on espionage charges and face 30 years in prison if he talks/testifies without immunity.
Also, the only thing he has now to leverage is what he holds back for testimony. So he won’t be talking right away.
G Webb is trying to work up a coded scheme for Kim Dotcom to get his facts out without landing him in prison. Webb wants the internet to chatter about Kim Dotcom’s coded dissemination before he testifies under immunity because timing issues are critical and because internet social media puts pressure on officials to keep it real. Already the PR Machine involving outfits like MWW have successfully maligned Kim Dotcom to the public but that can be changed back.
Chances are that Hannity knows this and this is the reason he has put Kim Dotcom on the shelf for later, not because of any threat to his job or lost confidence in Kim Dotcom’s story. Hannity is a smart guy.
Kim was brought up on charges in NZ and the extradition request to the US has been ongoing. McCabe, uh ‘McCrud’, has ‘owned’ Kim and used him for the past year. Reports are Kim was used by McCrud to lure Seth Rich into a trap. But Kim has been recently flipped back by Pompeo who was in NZ recently. Pompeo has Kim’s cooperation and there is credible intel that Kim implicated McCrud in a number of illegal things.
McCrud is as dirty as they come.

In the end the Seth Rich is the tip of the iceberg of what is really going on. The smuggling operation alone from Afghanistan of heroin and prescription drugs is described at ten times Mena.

That seems like the story the media SHOULD be covering, but it’s getting ignored. Of course. Because it involved Democrats.
I see that George Webb has not posted in over 11 hours at his Periscope account, and Jason Goodman has not posted in over 21 hours at his Youtube channel, and George Webb’s Youtube channel last received a post 22 hours ago.
Due to fears of being assassinated, a proof of life action has been put forth for the crowd following and assisting both researchers, to know that they are OK.
If they were going to wind things down, I believe that they would have given an indication through one of their last broadcasts.
I had a bad sense about their last Periscope broadcast because they said that they were at Jason’s apartment. In my mind- their would be multiple ways to find this address by using cross references to Jason’s name and his vehicle registration, car loan, car rental, bank accounts, drivers license, mortgage, utilities, driving citations, court records, library card, fishing or hunting licenses, etc.
Does anyone have something to add to this notion, or does someone have proof of life evidence?

Also, regarding the things stolen from the FBI woman’s car which were left outside her house, a mile is a long way in DC, many different types of neighborhood changes only blocks from one another. I believe the murder of a white male (gay?) inside a private home not far from the Rich murder has also never been solved and was quite hushed up.
Having the FBI guns stolen would be a good way of getting rid of them.
