What will the snowflakes do when the fad dies out and they are stuck with a tattoo that is “so yesterday”?

Interestingly enough, more money is spent on getting tattoos removed than is spent on getting them. As for me, I've always considered tattoos as a permanent reminder of a passing fad, gotten by those who want to express their individuality by doing the same thing as everyone else.

I used to have a lot of tats back in the 50s... they came in bubblegum packs and could be washed-off w/ soap & water.

“permanent reminder of a passing fad, gotten by those who want to express their individuality by doing the same thing as everyone else.”

LOL!

I can certainly see why veterans get them. That makes sense to me anyway. I can also see why someone might get one or two. To each their own.

However, when I see someone my age (40s) caked with *fresh* drawings of crap like comic book characters and other stuff that looks better on paper vs. skin, I often wonder “why?”.
