I saw two of their helmets very easily, and I have no combat experience.

With my thermals or SWIR? Visible spectrum is moot in modern combat.
Good job on hiding from eyesight though. Movement is what will get you spotted more than anything else, just ask the animal kingdom predators.
I have turkeys in my back 40 that will run away as soon as I open my back door. 300 yard pls. That is eyesight!
