Not offering an opinion of guilt or lack thereof. Just that the nature of the evidence is prone to being unreliable and mostly hearsay. As we learned with O.J Simpson, jury nullification is a real possibility, and with Cosby made more likely by an accusation that is years old.

Perhaps - but the 'evidence" is old and the story has changed almost as much as what the Dems have done with the assault on Trump. The case hasn't been proven unless one takes emotional sob stories into account.

I think he is guilty but I also think they have not proved it within the parameters of the law/justice system.
