A ton of progress has been made on this issue and you are complaining?
Myself, I can't see how you take a kid that has grown up in the U.S. since early grade school and then years later put him on a plane and say there you go, enjoy your home country.
A broken promise is a lie. Does something good change a lie? Seriously, do you tell your kids that? Does you spouse dismiss a lie that way?
“Myself, I can’t see how you take a kid that has grown up in the U.S. since early grade school and then years later put him on a plane and say there you go, enjoy your home country.”
Weird specious comment and reasoning.
If they are kids, they go with their parents.
I can’t see how we deport the parents, uncles, aunts, cousins, etc. when we are giving free passes to the kids.
I have to agree. I mean, let’s concentrate on getting rid of drug runners, crime lords, gang-bangers, and other violent types first. But I would say that “Dreamers” ability to stay in the country should be dependent upon staying in school, passing classes, and staying out of gangs and other trouble.
