Did he deserve to Did? No. Did he bring this on himself? Yes. He was high as a kite and failing to stop pulling his gun out as the officer ordered. He hadn’t been intoxicated he would have complied with the cop’s orders and still been alive.

We don’t know if he was pulling a gun or not. He was not on camera. AND JUST BECAUSE A COP “THINKS” YOU ARE PULLING A GUN DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE RIGHT TO SHOOT YOU DEAD! The medics who took him away said they found a gun in his pocket. Yes, I was yelling.

I just watched the first part of the video again and I agree with you. Everything is by the book until it sounds like the deceased is pulling his weapon out despite the shooter cop’s demands to not pull it out. There is an observer cop on the right of the deceased’s car who comes up to the passenger window shortly after the stop. This guy just stands there as the shooter cop pulls his weapon while imploring the about to be corpse to not pull his. After the shooter cop fires half a mag, the observer cop scoots the hell out of the way until he comes back to help “the baby” out of the car. The “baby” looks like out-of- diapers pre-school age. Shoot looks righteous to me.
