With all these "ooh, it's hot in the summer" headlines, apparently it's never gotten above 75 degrees in Europe in the entire history of the world.

As a frequent traveler to Europe for business, I can attest to the fact that interior continental Europe can get sweltering and unbearable at times in the summer. This is worsened by the lack of easily available air-conditioned places, unlike in the good-ole USA....

Yup. And a lack of fans as well. Better pack a portable AC unit. 220 of course with a myriad of adapters. ;-)
