I watched the entire video (for my sins) and have to say that Phil understands why Trump won more than 99 percent of liberal media. For that reason I guarantee this will be on Rush tomorrow.
Phil is still a lib and talks in lib jargon (egged on by a clearly biased interviewer), but eventually he makes the underlying point that Trump happened for a reason that the mainstream media just can’t even begin to see until it goes out and understands middle America.
But gosh he takes his time getting there - he’s lost his edge and I kept saying GET TO THE FRIGGIN POINT WHERES AN EDITOR WHEN YOU NEED ONE

Donahue appears to believe that he alone has discovered the secret to Trump’s success. All of those who voted for Trump work in factories and “make things”, a mysterious process that causes us to be too tired to think clearly at the end of the day.
Thank goodness for intellectuals like Phil.
