Some people have a chip on their shoulder for their entire life. These are the type starting Road Rages over seeing someone other driver’s raised eyebrow or annoyed expression in the rear view mirror after purposely cutting that driver off.

Blacks voted more for Trump than many previous Republican candidates. They also abstained from voting for Hillary.
We need to win over more black to conservatism rather than alienate them.
Most conservative blacks are well aware that blacks commit more violent crime. They are aware this fuels racial strife. Blacks also have to face a lot more of this type of violence than white people do. And, on top of that, they have to deal with prejudice against them for having the same skin color as the majority of violent criminals.
