ROCHESTER, N.H. - Police responded to a Rochester, New Hampshire mobile home after a neighbor reported rats running through the yard.
Before they even got inside, it was clear something was wrong.
Officers said when Keni-Lynn Mone opened the door, a strong aroma wafted out. It smelled like a mix of trash, bleach, urine and feces, they said.
When they went into the mobile home at Briar Ridge Estates, they realized a few rats were only the beginning.

I wonder if they are hoarders with a mental condition of living in filth.
Hoarders.
Worst thing that can happen to a family is to have one of these twisted people in it. They love their garbage more than life itself and endangering children so they literally have room for trash is just fine with them.
...and to think I thought bernie sanders and his criminal wife lived in vermont???
Gotta be a mental condition...
Hoarding is, I believe, the most destructive mental illness there is. The person doesn’t seem sick. But they are so sick and it’s a terrible situation for their loved ones. It just makes no sense. I volunteered to help a gal I know clean her storage unit. OK... Everything in her storage was packed wall to wall with literally garbage. Pieces of newspaper, old cans.. I mean. TRASH. But to her, it was valuable and she went through each thing and told us we couldn’ throw these things out. Strips of newspaper! Not articles or stories mind you, STRIPS OF NEWSPAPER. I will never forget it as long as I live.
I’m kind of a hoarder, But all my stuff is high value. Furniture from the Classical period from 1790 until 1820. My Sister has no clue! She
will hold a yard sale and sell them for 10 cents on a dollar. And my music stuff? She is clueless. 52 Pro, 56 Pro, 62 Super. 64 Vibroverb? 1957 Srat?
These people can appear to be lucid and sane but they don't think rationally like you and I do.
My wife and I bought a house from a high school girlfriend of mine, whose mother was an obsessive compulsive hoarder.
It was unbelievable what we found in that house cleaning it out. It took 14 full-size rolloff dumpsters to contain the mess. We gutted the house, remodeled it and sold it for $310,000 after we only had put $165,000 into it buying and remodeling it. Nice equity profit.

Ever see that car filled to brim with garbage? That’s what their house looks like as well.
I have had to take several of these folks into protective custody and it was soul draining every time. They are undoubtedly mentally unhinged and many times have animals as well who they allow to defecate freely in the house.
One woman we had to take had filled her entire bathtub up with feces.
