2-All Soldiers should be respectful of the privacy and modesty concerns of others. However, transgender Soldiers are not required or expected to modify or adjust their behavior based on the fact that they do not “match” other Soldiers.

So if I read this correctly the normal soldiers must be respectful but the trans folks can do what they want. A little one sided isn't it?

So if the normal soldier has any reaction at all or if the woman in the shower just doesn’t like him he gets a DD or a GD for SEXUAL HARASSMENT!!! at least, or Leavenworth for attempted familiarity.
