Does anyone seriously believe Congress will pass legislation imposing this draconian exploding healthplan on themselves? Come on now! That is like asking lawyers who are running the District of Corruption to put limits on their lawyer profession when it comes to lawsuits - they are not going to EVER LIMIT THEMSELVES...... And who is going to represent the various states in an Article V convention? The same two parties that are now in power. How do you think that is going to work out?
No. I for one don’t believe the Article V will do it. It is going to take more. A lot more and there will not be much left afterwards.
